The Open Water Diver course is one of the most popular scuba diving courses in the world because this is the way the world learns to dive, however, you will always be limited to a max depth of around 18 meters.
Should you wish to increase your depth and broaden your experiences and skill set then the next step would be to enrol in a PADI Adventure Diver course or an SSI Advanced Adventurer course or a PADI Advanced Open Water Diver course.
These 3 courses are available to you as an Open Water Diver and possibly the most logical progression no matter which scuba diving agency you decide to choose.
After completing your SSI Open Water Diver Course you could also continue your education by improving your skills and knowledge to earn FREE Recognitions Ratings for example the SSI Advanced Diver & the SSI Specialty Diver recognition rating & more.
We recommend discussing your progression with one of our instructors who will guide you as to which agency and course best suits your needs.
